15k armor is That class' unique version of the 1.5K armor. Same stats just look the different.

You get that armor if you are a monk from either Fissure of woe, Granite Citadel, Or the Grotto.

I've never seen it either, perhaps this is the revamped armor models they promised. Can't wait to see the 15K Gladiators armor.
